• The portal of the DMP is made from an extremely strong and rigid structure and designed to meet the requirements of thin to medium thickness plasma applications.
• The cutting table is integrated with the machine and equipped with fume extraction device.
• There are 2 layers for table: Upper one for cutting area, lower one for sealed fume suction channel. It is easy to clean the cutting dross & pick up the parts & ensure the fume extaction performance in optimization.
• The machine longitudinal and cross axis drive with rack, pinion and liner guide to do direct drive, especially the synchronized double-side drives for the longitudinal axis, ensure the machine high speed traveling under stability.
• Dama plasma height sensor (STHC) has AVC control & magnetic anti-collision device.
